Chicken Noodle Soup is so 5 Minutes Ago.....

Ok so admit you were trying to learn the Chicken Noodle soup dance just like me, but I've recently discoverd that everybody and they momma is on this "Walk it Out" stuff... it's really catchy and they play the song all time on BET. Cast of Girlfriends

Mara Brockakil creator of the #1 African American show on television Girlfriends got the black sitcom line-up moved back to its original night of Monday starting @ 8/7c on THE CW after so many confused viewers complained to the network. It's a relief to know we don't have to deal with this Sunday mess anymore... they should have known better than that.

Now about Girlfriends the show itself is going through some changes this season with the departure of Jill Marie Jones who played Toni Childs. The first episode was sorta strange and many of us, including myself wasn't happy about her exit. Sources say it was Jill's choice to leave the show, but some others say she was stabbed in the back by the other women. Hopefully our beloved Toni will return for a reunion with her Girlfriends, in the mean time we'll see what new girlfriend played by Christina Vidal (remember Nickelodeons Taina?) has to offer when she comes on the show as a fitness trainer. For now, i guess we'll just have to be glad the show is back to its regular time.

Cassidy Hospitalized

Rapper Cassidy, born Barry Resse, who is most famous for his hit song "Hotel" was hospitalized after suffering a horrible car accident. He is currently in critical condition after being slammed into by a U-Haul truck on a New Jersey Highway. He is suffering from a fractured skull, and a large number of broken bones. Cassidy's close friend and associate released this statement earlier today to SOHH "Cass is like my brother, and this has been such a rough year for him.We're all praying and staying positive during this time. Thanks to everyone for their continued support, and please keep Cassidy and his family in your prayers."

My prayers go out to his family and friends.

Ciara Album News!

Ciara's new album, THE EVOLUTION , will hit stores December 5th everyone. I can't wait to hear the follow up to her multi-platinum first album. The new single and video will be release next month so stay tuned for the new single that will leak soon of course.

WHITNEY AND BOBBY GETTING A DIVORCE??

"Access Hollywood has learned from a source close to Whitney Houston that the star has filed for a legal separation from her long-time husband Bobby Brown. The source says legal documents were filed Friday and that Bobby Brown was served with those documents yesterday. Houston plans to officially file for divorce in October.Bobby Brown & Whitney Houston got married on July 18th 1992. They have been married for 14 years. "

Whitney's rep confirms she will file for divorce. She said: "It's a simple legal technicality. It starts out as a legal separation which automatically become a filing for divorce in october. It was her intent to file for divorce."

New Cassie

Cassie's new video "Long Way to Go" is a million times better than her first and she looks fine as usal. One thing about the vid you may notice is that she's browsing a site that looks like myspace.com just thought I'd put that out there LOL anyway hope you enjoy!
